As a first home buyer, it can be a daunting process buying a home however Michael is very approachable and was available to answer and questions I had as well as providing advice when needed. He is trustworthy and his word is honourable which can be hard to find in some realestate agents. I appreciate his assistance with the whole process and definitely recommend.

Professional and committed. Michael was always professional and committed to helping me achieve the best outcome with the sale of my house. He went above and beyond to keep me updated and had expert knowledge in the market and used that to help me understand the process and get a great result.

I rented through McNamee for 3 years and they were always great to deal with. However when moving out i had an inspection and property report done, that i had emailed to me. The report was fine and agent was happy. No damage to property whatsoever. Fully cleaned and carpets cleaned, the agent took my account details for bond deposit to be refunded after inspection report came back fine. I have in an email, confirmation that deposit would be refunded. After chasing them up for over 2 weeks, a different agent comes back to me and said the owner wants to keep my deposit for renovations. Again i have all this in emails as proof. DO NOT trust property management for one second. I have now proceeded to small claims court to get my bond back, and legal fees. I have also raised the issue with fair trading, and provided them with the email trail.Very dishonest property management.
