I just purchased the key chain personal alarms, and it is as per described in the website. The online order system could be improved, as the follow up emails seems to have some delay in the response, but after I called the shop to follow up on the purchase, Don was responding immediately and my order was mailed and delivered safely. Overall I am happy with the product and the customer service.

Despite delayed shipping times caused by COVID, Neighbourhood Watch Shop were very communicative and helpful the entire time from postage to delivery — and the product is great! Highly recommend.

I ordered an item that never arrived. I was told that they will check with Australia Post to see if it has turned up with their lost/missing mail and that they didn't have a problem with a refund. But they never followed through or responded after this email. Be aware.

Bought a personal alarm but never received it. Has been two months since purchase.

Very disappointed. I placed an order & paid online on 8/3/22. Despite several emails and attempted phone calls, I have not been able to liaise with anyone or received my goods. I then attempted to do a claim through Paypal but was unfortunately off work on sick leave when the the email came through from Paypal and as I didn't respond in time, the case was closed. This is after a friend visited the address" when in Adelaide and found out it was NOT a neighbourhood watch shop. The police were aware but unable to help.My needs are simple - I just want what I have paid for!! Beware of this company....."
