5 stars are not enough to praise this service. From making an appoint phone call to picking up my car, there were no faults or unpleasant moments. It was very smooth operation and quick.The person attending me I think his name is Collon?? (Unsure). He was very knowledgeable in cars, respectful and polite. Just a nice gentleman feeling. I have seen him a few time in the Volvo centre, he always attended me with above expectations.The the video review of my car was also excellent so I could see what was going on with my car in general.Thank you so much for your time and effort.I love Volvo more than before after having a great car service experience.
