HiI have thick black curly hair and have spent years trying to get a style that suits me. Finally I found Andrea and she was able to find me a style that suits me well . She did it so effortlessly and I have stuck with her since.5 stars to her! Aparna

250$ spent - Not worth itI had my hair lightened (foils) and toned by Andreia, and the result was not what I asked for. When I made my appointment, I said I want the blonde to be toned darker and that I have ~7cm of dark brown roots - which is a lot to do in one session. She said she can do all that for me. At the appointment, my problems were that 1. I asked 2 or 3 questions about how the procedure and every time it seemed to bother her, 2. A. told me that (all of a sudden) toner cannot darken the shade of blonde - when it was already too late and the result was way lighter than what I wanted, 3. She went on to explain to me how toners work in a way that I found condescending, 4. I've been getting my hair bleached for over 5 years and this is the worst blend at the roots ever.At the end of the appointment, I grabbed my stuff and was getting up, she had abruptly turned her back towards me and I'm pretty sure if I hadn't initiated saying goodbye, she would've ignored my leaving the salon.It was not worth 250$! A 250$ hair treatment is supposed to be immaculate!Apart from that, genuinely friendly & proactive service can really elevate how a customer sees the value of what they pay for - that was not my experience here.

Thanks to Andy and Britney, I've gone from pandemic panic box dye mess to polished professional best hair of my life. Never any shaming or embarassment for the mess you made at home, pure professionalism, friendly service and fair prices. You'll be hard beaten to find a better pair to cut and dye your hair. Thanks so much and I'll see you next time!

Andrea is absolutely lovely! My mum and I went into the salon hoping that she could fix our hair. Not only did she give us great cuts and blowdrys, she gave us great advice too! Thank you so much Andrea! We will see you soon! :)

I first discovered Andrea’s salon about two years ago, and I haven’t looked back since. She’s a fantastic cutter and her colourist skills are always on point — I usually get a full head of blonde foils, and they always come out as a gorgeous, clean and expensive looking shade. She’s efficient, reasonably priced, and a lovely soul to boot. Highly recommend!

Andrea and Britney are friendly, professional, efficient, understanding (and the list goes on)... I was a bit nervous initially since I've never had my hair coloured this way, ever (bleached and unusually coloured). Andrea took great care of my hair, gave me wonderful vibrant colours yet stood on her ground not to let my hair damaged. It was a great experience.
