I went into the YD store looking for a pair of slip on shoes to go with a suit I already own. Trying numerous stores within the shopping centre I often found myself disappointed by either the poor quality of customer service or the limited selection of items for sale.However, when I walked into YD right when I was about to give up I was served by Chloe who not only helped me locate the shoes I needed but explained to me why they would go with the outfit I had planned to use it for. In addition, I also came to find other accessories to upgrade my outfit such as a pocket square and a lapel pin with helpful, yet not forceful guidance from her, giving me confidence in my purchases. Finally, after tallying the costs of these items I still ended up saving more money than expected!This store provides amazing service, knowledge of product, and friendly staff who are extremely approachable. I am definitely coming back for more shopping in the future!!

YD has first and foremost great quality clothes to suit anyone with pride in their appearance, or just wanting to look good and have such a broad scale of sizing available from the smaller built male to the larger of the latter.although not having a huge shop, they have managed to keep a huge range of products whilst also keeping the shops mood feeling open and welcoming. Staff throughout all my purchases have always been so very helpful and having great fashion sense to be able to accommodate purchases for myself or others. Always friendly and always helpful and will always have me return.

Exceptional service and excellent advice and taste from the sales assistant. Great quality clothes and a good range makes this a one stop shop for men’s outfits.

Had absolutely amazing service here by Zac he was extremely helpful. Even went out of his way to contact another store after we had left and had them to put a product aside for me.

Came in earlier in search of a nice dress shirt. Was greeted by the amazing Ronan, this guy was beyond helpful and kind. Great advice, helped me find my size and just overall made the experience.
