About 15 months ago I began purchasing an item from Wilkinson's that I had been unable to find else where. I have months between purchases and have been served by different people. Today I called to see if they had the item I required and was informed the item would need to be ordered. Before I could give my name the person I was speaking to asked if it was me (Using my first name), then when I confirmed it was they then used my last name which was also correct.I appreciated the fact Wilkinson's staff make you feel you are more than just someone they have to deal with and take the time to make you feel you are important.Wilkinson's Pharmacy offer good old fashioned customer service. I would like to thank Cindy for making my day.

20 mins to prepare a prescription for 1 item when the shop was virtually empty. I saw my item sitting in the out tray for 10 mins, while 6 out of the 7 staff were gathered around one computer.It's not what I would call customer service...

Prices are higher than other pharmacies but staff are all friendly and helpful and courteous

Pharmacist apparently unaware of staff poor efficiency. 15 min to purchase common over the counter inhaler. No sense of humour either.AVOID

They changed my brand of medication and didn't tell me until I had already paid and nearly walking out the door. When I asked to go back on the old one it seemed to be a hassle but they did. Or didn't, it wasn't the brand I was originally on but it didn't cause issues like the previous one so I persisted with them. last time I went in I told them my script was on my file and I need it filled, they said wait 20 mins, I did only for them to tell me they didn't have my script, I got them to double check because it was there last time. no. I went home and turned the place upside down going crazy because I can't go without my meds for even one dose. So I called Wilkinson's to ask them again whether they could find it and the person on the phone found it straight away. When I went in to pick it up they couldn't find it and I had to stand my ground and demand they look harder because I knew they had it. 3 minutes later they found it. This was over 4 hours after I went in the first time. 3 chances gone, never going there again.
