Peak Pharmacy Drysdale

I was on holidays and had 2 perscriptions filled at this pharmacy. For the same two products at my local chemist I pay $16.59. At peak Pahrmacy I was charged $43.13. 10% more is acceptable. 250% is not!!!

Absolute worst and rudest Chemist i have ever met. I have a old injury from a motor bike accident and explained to him i left my medication in geelong as i was in drysdale visiting a friend and as its recorded i was requesting a small pack of Ibuprofen+ even know i had purchased a 30 pack from my usual chemist less the a week b4. He asked for my license so he could have a look then asked me how many i used Daley i replied 2 to 3 a night. He then looked at me and said i was lying as i had bought a 30 pack less then a week earlier and should still have them. I tried to explain again that i do in geelong then as rude and blunt as he could said to me I will record this and place a note in the system in a hope that no future chemist will supply me with this medication" after that i had to ask for him to give my license back. All i can say is thank god my usual chemist knows me and wont listen to this idiot. NO STARS rude blunt stupid wouldn't listen to me SOOOO judgemental and made me feel like a drug addict i was so embarrassed . Avoid this place at all costs. i beleave theirs a amcal in drysdale i would suggest you take your business to. I would have but didn't want to go thru that again in case he had contacted them. AVOID."

My husband and I are regular customers. Michael and staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help. We are very happy with the excellent service at Peak Pharmacy, Drysdale.

This Pharmacy is just amazing, exceptional service, they really pay attention & will communicate with you, should there appear to be a discrepancy in a script - feel valued & heard.. Thankyou,!
