Super service from Chris and the team at The Pizza Oven Store. My Ooni Koda 16 oven arrived within days of the order being placed. The oven was delivered in perfect condition however a pizza peel delivered in a seperate package had been damaged in transit. I contacted the Oven store (Sarah) about the damage and she had a replacement peel in transit the next day, no questions asked. AmazingThe Koda 16 is a great size for my balcony and being gas fired no wood mess before or after cooking. Very happy.

This IR heat thermometer is great for checking the temp of the Pizza Stone. It was recommended by the Pizza Oven store and was a really good price when compared to the official OONI one and also other 3rd party ones. Great customer service as always from the Pizza Oven Store - (I can quite honestly say they provide stand out levels of customer service like nothing I have experienced before). No regrets in making this purchase whatsoever. I do regard the thermometer as an essential tool for cooking pizzas as otherwise the base of the pizza will not cook right, even if the air/ambient temp is correct. Great piece of kit and great company to buy from.

what an amazing oven right out of the box the first pizza was fantastic. Great product and I couldn't recommend this enough the service was fantastic I had to wait as it was out of stock but they kept me in the loop the whole time so I couldn't be happier. Great experience purchasing my Ooni Koda 12 from The Pizza Oven Store. Delivery was very quick and even though there was an issue (received the wrong pizza paddle) that was rectified within a couple of days.

Over the phone the team were able to answer my questions and clearly knew their products.Deliver then took place very quickly and goods were received within a week.THEN when there was an issue with the product their service really shone providing help as efficiently as possible providing replace parts.Really happy shopping experience and loving my Ooni Karu setup!

5 stars! We absolutely LOVE our new Ooni 16 Pizza Oven. Set up was as simple as it said, opened the box, pulled the legs down, inserted the stone and attached the gas. We have had several pizzas now and also took it to our families one evening for a pizza night! Highly recommend the Ooni pizza oven and the service was fantastic! I ordered extra feet but I made a mistake and ordered 3 pairs thinking they were single and I received a call the next day explaining they were a set of 3 not individual like I had assumed and was refunded the extra sets there and then! They then sent the oven and other extras and it arrived within days. So extremely happy with our purchase! Extremely happy with the service!! Now can't wait to take it camping with us next month!
