Fabulous customer service and product! LOVED the desk when it arrived but unfortunately had a fault. I made a call and they proactively helped me troubleshoot the issue over a video call, and when I had no success they sent out a technician promptly to help me get the desk working.They were incredibly helpful and proactively resolved the fault, and we now absolute love our electric desk! Total game changer for the whole family, thank you!

Had issues with this product. Tried to reach the business over weekend. But could not. Anyways, the table stopped working due to some motor issue. I had the table under warranty and had it replaced twice. Finally the table is working. Customer service has improved. Hopefully, the quality of the product improves.

Ordered the smaller 80KG 120cm-60cm table a few weeks back. Loving the table and kicking myself for not getting it earlier!! Very durable, looks good and so much cheaper than all competitors!! Just take into account the leg dimensions over the table top dimensions if you are using a tight space (as it is wider).....customer service was great too with regards to the questions I had.

Really enjoying the new desk, assembly was really simple and you can just follow along the youtube videos.The desk is sturdy and the top has a nice feel to it.

Pretty good and strong adjustable table and really easy to assemble steps according to the video they provide. I love the walnut color of my desk!I only gave 4 start instead of 5 because they chose an awful courier to send the boxes to my address and I had to follow up couple of times to make it arrive on time. Hope they just choose better courier services as it could just jeopardize their customer satisfaction.

Ordered a 120kg 150cm adjustable desk on Thursday and it’s delivered&installed within a week. Quite amazing freight speed in the pandemic! Friendly staff and reasonable price with nice product. It will definitely give you better experience when WFH. Well done Lazy Madisons!

Review of the 120kg electric sit stand desk. Ordered online and it arrived promptly a few days later. Assembly following their online video instructions was straightforward and I was genuinely impressed at the build quality and finish of this desk for its price point. All the components felt very sturdy and the weight of each part inspires confidence. I haven't tested anywhere near the advertised weight limit of 120kg but I would not hesitate to take cover underneath it should there ever be an earthquake haha. The rounded desk top corners are a nice touch too.The height range is good and it operates smoothly and at a reasonable pace. The height memory presets work well too. It also feels sturdy when fully extended. Time will tell if the motors will last but the warranty period offered puts my mind at ease. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased a standing desk from Lazy Maisons last year and couldn't be happier. It arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and a year later is still super sturdy and working well. I like that its basic and has multiple pre-set heights.
