My car wouldn't start when I had to get tyre repaired and I live out of town and had no way of getting anywhere. I was told I needed an auto electrician to look at it and it was late Friday so I didn't think I could get anyone. These guys were booked out for weeks in advance but took the time to help a local lady and fixed it within 15 mins . I am so grateful to them for taking time out of their busy schedule to help me. They are the best. Thankyou

I found the staff very friendly. The only complaint I have is that after the problem had been diagnosed and explained to me, it was never explained to me that in order to order the necessary part I would need to leave a deposit. I waited for a couple of weeks for a phone call to let me know the part had arrived. I rang back to find out what the hold up was, and still wasn't informed that a deposit had to be paid. Another week passed and I rang again, and a very friendly lady explained the situation. I paid the deposit, the part was ordered and everything went smoothly after that. Apart from that I am very happy with the service I received.

Thorough professional service from breakdown, mechanical assessment, parts acquisition, quality fitment to full vehicle recovery. Lost our radiator cap towing a camper on the Pacific Highway, redline overheat, NRMA assisted tow-truck recovery (thanks Wayne) and smart transfer to Great Lakes Bosch Auto late on a Friday evening things weren't so great. James and Chad's team went to work identifying several contributing issues. After truck delivery problems they sent a car to Newcastle to source the right part and get us mobile again just after closing one week later. Great communication throughout, reasonable costing and friendly country service. Just outstanding.

Initially, Great Lakes fitted me in at very short notice. I had sold my car and needed the dashcam (front and rear) removed. Work done very professionally - as usual. Cost was extremely good. Recommend this company to everyone.

Honesty and integrity.3:00 p.m. on Friday, I'm 150kms from home and my alternator fails. Not knowing the area I stopped at the first Auto Electrician I could find and the car stops dead and won't restart. I'm in a strange town, broken down and unable to get going, I'm stranded.Bosch Car Service had a replacement alternator and took an electrician from another job to fix my car and get me going. All fixed an hour or so later, all fault codes cleared and they put sufficient charged my battery. The battery was tested and given a green light so no need to replace that.These guys had me cold and I feared a price gouge coming on but was pleasantly surprised at a bill for a mere $600 when I expected $1k plus and new battery on top of that. (I replaced an alternator about 4 years ago in another car and that cost me $650).10/10 for their work, customer service and professionalism.
