What butcher these days doesn’t sell free range chicken (but of course charges a premium giving a presumption it is)?! I’ve also been frequently disappointed about the “sweet and juicy” fruit which looks pretty on the shelf but isn’t any better than supermarket fruit. I really want to like this place because I like supporting local shops above the big supermarkets but the produce is under par for what you pay, the staff are often kind of cranky in the fruit section and most importantly, any butcher not selling free range needs to get with the times in my opinion.

Selling single avocados on plastic trays trays wrapped in plastic.. For $4.99 !! Overpriced and bad for the environment. Got a rude response when i asked why the avocados were wrapped in plastic

Actually, it is a fruit and meat shared store. Fruit and vegetables are excellent but a little pricey. Adjacent meat store is also very good.
