The Docks on Goodwin

Our stay was ok, when we arrived it seemed like they didn’t get our reservation (that could be a problem with Booking.com) but we were waiting outside for almost half an hour before they let us in. The staff don’t seem that nice, when we stay at other hotels/apartments, the staff always greet you when entering through reception but this place we don’t even get a smile. The room was good however the shower smelt and looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed. When we turned on the water, bubbles appeared on the floor, so it looked like someone just sprayed some cleaner on to it but didn’t bother scrubbing it. The location is good but won’t be staying here again. Also we were not told that we would get the $200 that they take from us when checking in, back 7-10 days later, which is very inconvenient.

We stayed here for a few months and really enjoyed the location, views, and pool! While some of the rooms are a bit older, it is great for the price which also includes free parking.

Stayed at The Docks on Goodwin twice now and will return when visiting Brisbane.Clean & modern rooms, friendly staff, well kept facilities.Central location with meals and entertainment nearby or a short walk/drive/Ferry across the river for all the CBD has to offer.All up a nice place to stay. Recommended.

Just an ok stay- we arrived early & requested for them to call us when our room was ready, never heard from anyone & when I called to check about timing the receptionist didn’t have any idea about our request. The room was dusty and I would say in need of a deep clean & some updates. Would not consider this a 4 star hotel!!

Stayed for a week with extended family. The facilities were outstanding. We used the pool and tennis court everyday- a complete joy to have in such a central location. The apartment felt like a home away from home with all the best parts of a lovely hotel. Many scenic walks to be had along the river into the city centre and Fortitude Valley. Extremely helpful staff. Would not stay anywhere else in Brisbane!

We stayed over the NRL Magic round weekend and we ejoyed every minute. Our appartment was beautiful. Upgraded kitchen appliances dishwasher fully equiped kitchen. Big bed was very comfortable. The boys enjoyed the spa near the pool even though it was raining.lol. I would go back again and request the same appartment. Thank you to the management for your excellent customer service.

Have stayed several times now, found the rooms and facilities clean and tidy, staff are friendly and welcoming.It's close to the story bridge hotel and walking distance to plenty of great cafe's and restaurant's Would recommend

This was the most DISGUSTING FOUL place I have ever seen! Do not believe their reviews. There was blood on the walls. It was infested with flys and bar flies. Everything was think with dust and grime to the point I didn’t want to touch anything. The inside of the dishwasher was full of mould. We took photo proof and We left immediately and asked for a refund. Do not EVER!! EVER stay here!!! Beware!!!!!!

The apartments are in a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars around the area. The rooms are nice too with good amenities. The tiles around the apartments though, especially on ground floor are way too dangerous when wet. They were like walking on soap. We had a guy slip over hitting his back on the steps. Luckily he only suffered bruising and nothing more serious from the fall. After talking to locals living in the building they said a lot of people have slipped over on them over the years.

Great location, great room, great view and great staff. We loved our stay at The Docks. Our room was clean and modern with a fantastic view of the river. The staff were wonderful and were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Pool was beautiful and the kids had a great time. Will definitely be back!
