Fantastic Martial Centre offering a range of styles catering to all age groups and male and female. Instructors have an abundance of knowledge and experience. Centre has a upstairs and downstairs training areas and uniform shop for its members.

An amazing place, Shihan Rick O’Brien has years of experience and we have been there for many years. Well maintained purposed built facilities with a varied selection of classes. Something for everyone. Personally for me, the female security seminars held are particularly important and invaluable. Thank you Rick and all staff. Our second home .

Great experience for my son, who has learnt lots. Owner and staff always friendly and helpful. Team quick to adapt and go online during lockdown last year. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic facility, outstanding culture and clientele. Encourages all ages and fitness levels and the instructors are first class. Been going there for many years and excellent standard has been maintained throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Proactive Self Defense is a great club, always welcoming and very family friendly. We all love going and the online classes that are being offered at the moment are very engaging and organized. I would highly recommend proactive Self Defense to anyone thinking of joining or taking up a casual class.
