These guys are absolute legends! Ben helped us out big time a couple of weeks ago when the alternator went in my car whilst caravanning in coffs. We needed it fixed ASAP as we were needing to head out and he had he it done well before lunch time the day the part arrived! Couldn't fault him or the team and an absolute pleasure to deal with! Thank you guys so much again!!

They picked my Ute up from my call to nrma took it to their workshop on Sunday. Monday morning I picked it up no chargeas they said not much time to fix.This is my second good experience with these guys, I highly recommend their services.

I was driving from Sydney to Ballina and my car broke down in Coffs, I check 2 mechanics near where I broke down with not success of help until I contact them. I didn't think they could help me because i'm not an NRMA customer but they did. Great team, the ladies in the counter extremely nice, beautiful people, great customer service, the mechanics were extremely helpfull with differents options for me to decide and then being able to get the same day to ballina.I'm just super grateful for the help and the service. Highly recommend

I wasn't inially an NRMA member but I am now (TY Tony for your accurate assessment & being such a nice guy). Then the towie Rob arrived, he was so lovely, even slowed down a little so my mum could follow us back to the depot, (she had driven an hour to pick us up). Then when we got back to their depot they had the parts not just ordered, but they were ready to go, whether they were needed or not (thank you Ben). Car was ready first thing in the morning. Most professional mechanical repair I've ever been party to. Thank you x 6. Most 56yld women get treated entirely different when dealing with these situations. Would recommend this business in a heartbeat to anyone. Sorry to the other readers for the long review, when you have something good to say I find it hard to be succint.

Thankyou to Coffs Auto for getting us back on the road after having a great Easter Break at Repton. We found a broken transmission seal on arriving at Repton. Rang first thing Tuesday morning and they fitted us in so we could get back to Tamworth Great service, thankyou once again. Matt and Kez

Broke down in Coffs and got towed there through NRMA. They couldn't get the car going properly for days. Told me engine was 'stuffed' but couldn't tell me why. The only option was engine replacement or take it to the wreckers. So I paid $4000 for an engine replacement. Within 4 months car had exact same issue. Took it back to them and couldn't tell me what the issue was (again). Took it to the mechanic around the corner and he fixed the issue for $500. They could have been honest and told me they can't find the problem, and instead I could have taken it elsewhere and saved myself $3500 (the car is only worth $4000). So I wasted $4000 here for nothing. Get a second opinion before you put your trust in these guys or get towed to a different mechanic.

Without any doubt, the best auto service I had. They saved our holidays after a crash.With high quality and very quickly, recovered our car at a very reasonable price. They are very kind and considerate people.Special thanks to dear Anthony who dropped us off for lunch at a local place, while they look at car.Then dear Ben who adjusted wheels and fixed the front, picked us up.They also did their best and also fixed the head light and indicator, so that we could get back to road safely.Our regret is that we can’t do much to appreciate your kindness.
