We bought a car for around $2500 and had some problem and went there to fix it guy quoted us around $500 and made a bill of $1900 which was a surprise. Also, car wasn't really fixed had got more problems instead. No one would spend 1.9k on a 2.5k car. Would not recommend to anyone to get rip off.

Jess and his team are really great to deal with !I was worried about my car with the issues I was having !They worked out all the problems at great prices and a A1 service I will most definitely be taking my car back and getting my family to go to them too !

Never ever go to this place. I got quote of $3500 for fixing the transfercase. As it was similar to other mechanics quote I asked to fix it but after fixing the car when I went to pickup the car, he charged me $4600. I had heard about charging extra from few people in the past but didn't believed but this time it happened with me.I will suggest everyone not to go to this mechanic.

These guys are shame for Melbourne community. No professionalism, No WHS, no safety masks. No proper equipment for vehicle testing .Stay away from them and save your money and time. Owner was very rude and racist . Do not go there Mr Gill and company will rip off , bad customer service and very very rude! Zero knowledge of mechanical parts, Mr jassi doesn’t know what he is doing.The owners treating customers as if they are trash- I advised people please save your time and money, don't go there . Very dodgy people, no proper tax invoice just ripping ATO as well.Fair work ombudsman and vic roads should take notice. Name IT and Shame IT.

Thank you to Jessie and Crew @ Universal Motors the service was exceptional delivered what he said needed to be done and a week later running like brand new sorry for the late review Jessie had to run the car for abit like brand new again. Will definitely be returning for service..

Mr Jassi and his team is fantastic . I have two cars fixed in mattter of weeks. I have paid less than other mechanics were offered me for both my cars repaired. Universal motors used good quality parts and did a fantastic job.Thank you for great work

I’ve finally found the best mechanic. The reason is that the owner is very genuine, honest, efficient and very friendly. He takes good care of my car and is very passionate on what he does. His turnaround is so quick and his quotes are precise. I’ve stopped going to over priced service offered by car dealership. I highly recommend him.
