No stars. Rude at front desk because I was 3mins late and apparently that was too late for the appointment. Had my 2 infant children with me and its not easy getting in and out with babies so to rock up and be told I had to rebook was extremely rude and unfair. Not a family friendly place at all.

The young receptionist there was quite rude. She advised someone who had came extremely late for their appointment they could go in when the assistant was calling in the next person. However, I was waiting almost an hour for my appointment and was told by the receptionist multiple times I was next in line and this man was not there at all. As I tried to let the receptionist know I was next, she told me with attitude to take a seat or leave. I felt disrespected and intimidated. This was an important appointment and this cause me additional stress I did not need.

No stars.. The worst robot brained people here. The receptionist the thin girl she is the rudest and most blunt, insensitive human put on a job at the front desk. She talks so rudely commands to sit on whatever u want to say. Has no brains at all and just a robot , complete failure to understand people's prblm and solving things. Jala the admin is nice but she wastes so much time to resolve things. We came before time today were returned due to confusion in referral letter..asked to come different time.. ridiculous. We left jobs to do this.

I visited this place 9/12/22. Receptionist ( an aussie young lady) spoke to me with no respect and acted very unprofessionally like she wasn’t meant to be there working also forced me to do the payment upfront which we can pay after they provided the service and when I mention that she got angry as it was clear, Other than that service was bit slow but can’t complain cus this is not a fast food restaurant but whoever makes decisions should reconsider about that young lady at the front cus there will be so many other bad reviews coming ahead for her I’m 100% sure!

the young lady that did my scan was very caring and I would regard her service to me as excellent it that is where it stops when I made my appointment I spelt my name to the receptionist 3 times when they sent me a message to confirm the appointment I rang and was told I did not have an appointment when I said they had sent me a message for me to confirm on my phone they still said I had no appointment when questioned who had my appointment time they said Thelma Townsend yes it was mine. To top it off while I was waiting a lady came in in a wheelchair she was told to take a seat Really? she was already seated in a wheel chair to go even one better a blind gentleman came cane seeing eye and all I kid you not the receptionist could not see he was blind she told him to take a seat but the lady in the wheelchair had to assist him just as i was standing to do the same

Blonde Receptionist very rude and unfriendly, doesn't acknowledge you're even there, she needs to maybe get a job that doesn't involve dealing with people especially people who could be feeling a bit vulnerable due to illness!

As your pregnant partner is lying down having her ultrasound conducted, the laughably small (~18-20') TV is mounted so far above her eyeline, that everything is essentially black and no detail is visable from her viewing angle.The scan images of your child are provided on a CD..Perhaps the ability to send an email is coming along with a TV upgrade in the near future.Of the 4 CD's we have been provided with our baby images, none were openable using either Windows or Linux.We prepaid for our ultrasound, $102, only to be asked to pay an extra $27 prior to recieving our report as they did an 'extra' check, despite this never being communicated or agreed upon.No issues with the staff for us.

The front desk staff are extremely rude. I feel really anxious whenever I am referred here. I just experienced the staff being rude to a man that did not understand he had to check in as he entered the premises. Since the sign of the front desk causes a lot of confusion. The service that was provided was extremely culturally unsafe and inappropriate.
