Southside Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Southside Plumbing Heating and Cooling is a nightmare to deal with. A Panasonic split system was installed by them on 7/2/2023 by 4 men for 3 hours, did not work. 16/2/23 another day wasted, no gas in aircon, still does not work, 23/2/23 after 3 hours work it works while the man is here, then not. A last minute message by them that someone is coming to service the system, another service and wasted day on 29/5/23 still not working. Terrible customer service and hopeless office staff. Today it is 6 June 2023, winter, no split system in bedroom since 7/2/2023 installation. Rude, not an apology, not a gesture of help or anything. When in desperation I contacted them via Facebook for help, they blocked me. I wonder how credible the positive reviews are on Google if this is the quality of installation and service this company provides.

Sean and mate were on time. Fitting of new pump to the tank was carried out efficiently and the work looked good. Cleaned up and took the rubbish away.Very polite.Thank you for a job well done.

First contacted for a gas heater service. Very fast response and the man that came was very friendly and thought me, who knows nothing about ducted heating, a lot.Second time I had a team of for young men come to install a split system. Very professional and friendly. Again, fast response, great service and fair pricing.

So happy with the service from the guys who came out to remove my old heater on Wednesday. I called and spoke to the very friendly Sarah, I explained that I needed it removed ASAP. Sarah went above and beyond to accommodate me and was able to book in a time the next day. The guys arrived on time, were super friendly and knowledgeable and even offered to cut a piece of wood to fit over the hole until it gets bricked. I will definitely be using Southside plumbing again, they are a wonderful family owned business and nothing is too much for them. Thanks so much guys!!!

Needed to replace a small section of flexible ductwork that had blown out. Contacted Southside Plumbing Heating and Cooling via their website on a Sunday and received a reply from Lorraine within 2 hours. Picked up replacement ducting the next day. Brilliant communication and service.

Had to reschedule a booked appointment for a new hot water system for a possible future replacement. The girl Lorraine was super nice/honest and transparent unlike some other companies I called initially; . Don’t get ripped off people. These guys seems they are not a 1 off business, and in it for the long run. Look no further highly recommend!

I have called this business on 4 different occasions and left messages with no return phone calls. I have also sent emails and had no response. Not sure how they get so many good reviews when they don't even respond to customer requests?
