This is the first time my sister and I went for brow lamination + tint along with lash perm. Jessi the owner was welcoming but Meet did not utter a word or initiate any conversation with me. Firstly, when you know clients are getting a new service, as an expert in the business you should consult their needs and make suggestions accordingly. Instead, my sister got a ‘Idk why you guys went with this’ after the entire process. They were both quite quick with their hands but one should made gradual progress with new clients. My sister and I had to initiate conversations most of the time and only Jessi replied. At the end of the day people not only walk with the service but also how you make them feel. Please keep this feedback in mind and represent the business better thanks.

It’s a bit hit and miss but I love that they have ‘happy hour’ and offer a really great discount if you get your eyebrows done between certain times. Great concept but need a consistently good execution to seal the deal.

Had a ‘lash removal’ my eyes burned and didn’t have a nice experience. Half of my lashes were still there and got charged 30$ while the removal wasn’t even complete. Thought I was going to go blind because my eyes felt like someone poured acid on them. She also said I can wash my face as my eyes were burning and after washing my face she says u shouldn’t have put water on ur eyes because you can’t get ur lashes wet for 24 hours. I then received a phone call the day after threatening me that she was going to post my personal details on her page and also post my photos which she took without my consent. I was yelled at over the phone and I felt really attacked and it ruined my whole day. I had to go back to my original lash lady who safely and painlessly removed my lashes without a burning sensation as she soaked the lash removal adhesive for a full 30 minutes not 5 minutes as was done at this salon. Overall i was very disgusted and upset after this whole experience.

Got my wife’s hair treatment done but the results were not good before treatment she said your hairs will be 90% straight but after result was not even 50% when i went to her to show the after results she changed her words you change your words all the time thats not new
