Can’t fault the service by the team at ortons, from The on-site service for all my hardware and tools drop offs, to the Guys in the workshop servicing my tools, always leave there knowing I’ve been looked after, highly recommended the ortons team

I’ve been coming to Ortons since I was young as an apprentice. Now I’m running my own business and coming here gives me the confidence that the hardware I’m getting meets all the latest requirements as well as having as little downtime as possible with tool servicing and repairs.Great family run business and the entire staff go above and beyond for all of their customers.

Natalie who works in the office is awesome, unfortunately she has to work with Kim and Matt who have no idea about customer service, they are rude and arrogant and not helpful at all.I have been in your store several times Kim! Matt’s customer service was pathetic he is rude and arrogant. Check the emails he sent me to see how pathetic the customer service was that I received.My wife also went in your store and spoke to you and you brought her to tears with your rudeness.Avoid this place!

Provided us with a subpar air hose reel, that was not the same as previously purchased reel. Would not refund. Will not shop here again

Saddened to read these reviews about ortons but I don’t believe them so here’s mine .I felt with ortons for best part of 6 years when I lived in Australia ! Never received a bad experience from the team down their !Had numerous tools repaired and serviced in rapid turn around.Always found them to have the stock we needed .Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone their service goes way beyond anyone else I delt with in Western Australia !Their mostly retired tradies supplying tradies which is a perfect unison as they understand the stresses involved !

I feel totally ripped offDidn’t do the work I asked them to do, they didn’t have the foresight to check with me and then overcharged me for labourAvoid like the plague

Disappointed when I phoned couldn't get a reasonable deal. Brought from Bunnings. Think I helped my father start this business now I read reviews he would never had. He pride himself in giving best price and service.

Had an account with Ortons for 32 years, purchased a Nail gun 2 weeks ago, took it in today to return as I do not require it.The lady behind the counter was nice and polite. As for the male that was rude, abrupt, no customer service. I asked for return he said there is no return, I said are you serious, he said there is no refund, showed me a conversation he had with my Husband. I said i will get him to contact to sort, was told very abruptly that there was nothing to sort out. I have looked for the companies returns policy and can not find anything. I am not aware that a company can refuse no return or a item that is in it original packaging and not opened. The way I was spoken to today and the fact that I was refused a return, I will not be returning to ORTONS unless change of ownership. I feel sorry for the original owners that there name is still attached to the business, even though they do not own it. Ortons was a thriving, reliable, good value and great industry repair supplier. NOT NOW!
