Monique from Barry Plant Point Cook is the most unprofessional leasing manager I’ve had to deal with. Every single time I’ve either called or gone in person to the agency, she is out of office and I’ve been told she’ll call me. She never has. The one time I got to speak with her she gave off the impression that I was wasting her time, that she had better things to do and that she could care less about helping me with finding a rental property. I will never rent or buy from Barry Plant Point Cook, so I don’t have to interact with Monique.

I really want to share my home selling experience with everyone, especially for those who want to buy/sell the property but have no clue who to look for. I strongly recommend Alex Deed to everyone, he is very professional, responsible, trustworthy and patient. I was overseas and thought selling a house would be a troublesome and complicated matter, but Alex solved this perfectly for me. We basically communicated through the WhatsApp, he responded my every message very quickly in details, helping me understand and make the right choice. I’m very grateful for his help, and I will still choose him and his team, and Barry Plant for any buying/selling the property in the future, they are all reliable and trustworthy.

Very prompt and has a fantastic response time. I had reported two maintenance incidents as the initial inspection was remotely done. She was professional and agreed to help. Just recently purchased a property from Michael B. Absolute hassle free and very straight forward but well mannered. Doesn't have an issue recieving calls even after hours and is very prompt.I've dealt with a lot of sales reps in my time being one in the past as well and he is one of the most genuine people to deal with. Highly recommend if you are buying or selling. Definitely dealing with him again with the next purchase!

The Communication is absolutely shocking. I tried contacting the agent a million times and left quite a few text messages for a house we as a family really liked and were very interested getting into but didn't receive a single reply.We're even ready to pay $20 extra per week on top of the actual rent but only because of the lack of communication, we didn't get that house.
