Optus got company in India and philippines.i call India for technical problem in my pH. I went 2 week without respond .and we I call again.he ask me driving liesen number .my passport number .workers that try to scam us Verry scary .

Kees Kamawijaya was fantastic in sorting out our business mobile resign. He has also been very helpful in helping us follow up invoice issues since completing the resign. Fantastic customer service and a delight to deal with. 10 out of 10!Optus recently appointed a new Business Account Manager to our company - Joseph Scott. In my prior dealings with previous account managers I was far from impressed by the lack of customer service and attentiveness. I wanted to thank Optus for this initiative and thank Joseph for his outstanding service and being such an absolute delight to deal with.Joseph goes above and beyond and makes us feel like a highly valued customer. I cannot thank Joseph enough for making my experience dealing with a Telco company so seamless and pleasurable.

Kees Kamawijaya recently picked up our business account off the back of a very frustrated set of interacitons trying to get new services. EVERYONE who has handled our business account in the past with them has been completely worthless. Kees picked up a very difficult and unsatisfied customer and has really turned things around in very short order... WELL DONE!

Kees is always very helpful. I need to contact Kees pretty much every day to get his support regarding our Corporate fleet and he is always very prompt in his responses. He will try to help where he can with in his capabilities, otherwise will escalate the issues and will still take the ownership until the issue is resolved. I am one happy customer.
