I've been trying to contact Matt for the past few days about a property we've applied to rent. I've left multiple voice messages and texts for him, but he never replied. I've even called the office number a few times and left voice messages, but never received a call back. I know property manager's job is very difficult, but like any other profession, a simple call back or a text reply shows the true professionalism, which in this case was lacked by Matt. Hope he would be able to fix this lacking in future.

I've rented through Norwest Select for 3 and a half year. Matt has been absolutely amazing and really looks after his tenants.I would of loved to of stayed with Norwest, however there was nothing available at the time.I will definitely return to Norwest Select at the first opportunity.I highly recommend Matt and Norwest Select. Absolutely fantastic!!!

Terrible experience with them. I was renting with them and the house had a locked gate that attached to a school. I would constantly get teachers and contractors using my driveway to access the school. On a few occasions the teachers mentioned to me that they used my driveway because they didn't want to wait in traffic. The school had many other access points and I wasn't sure why they needed to use my driveway. There was nothing in the lease that said I would have to share my driveway with the school. When contacting the real estate agents about this, they would either make excuses or just ignore any communications from myself. I'm glad to be out of there.

Margaret is great~ some issues with the tenant, but Margaret helped me to contact the insurance company and attended the tribunal. Great Job

I had difficulty contacting Matthew Carroll who looked after my property in Tallawong since we first rented the property. It was hard to get in touch with Matt and the brand new property was left with dog, property damage costing us over $23k to replace and repair. We moved to LJH Schofields who picked up the mess left by inactions by Matt and sorting it out. Rent we were getting were also below the market rate in the same street.You should avoid using Norwest Select.We are extremely happy with teams at LJH Schofields.

Quick and excellent service!I have known Matt for many years and he has been managing my properties and sold a few of the properties. He is very quick in action and communication is quick and efficient. I would recommend him for sure.
