We had purchased a heavy and bulky bookcase privately, and needed this moved to our house. We contacted Don at ProMovers who did an amazing job. A previous carrier found the job too difficult and did not follow through with arrangements.Don arranged the transport promptly, liaised with both the pickup address and with us, had no problems with a very heavy item and delivered it safely and securely. He assisted us in positioning it in the house and made very useful suggestions about wall fixation.The whole experience was very courteous and professional, the transport was done with a minimum of fuss, and we can highly recommend them for any future moves- big or small.

These guys are great! They're obviously very experienced for example they knew to tie up my sofa bed before moving it, unlike the last movers I had. They're on time, friendly , genuine, and don't mind you lending a hand to speed things along. That said, the move went quickly with no hiccups, all furniture arrived safely with no damage. Will definitely use this service again.

Don has moved me twice now, to and from a container warehouse. He was most professional and really knows how to treat your belongings with great care. Would highly recommend, especially in comparison to some of the other cowboys I've had to deal with. He was on time, is an expert at fitting everything in to a tight space and nothing was damaged either time 10 /10

Don and his assistant Dave were excellent – very professional movers. They arrived on time and got the job completed very efficiently in scheduled timeframe. All items were handled with great care. They even assisted me with assembling my two beds back together.All charges were discussed and up-front, no hidden / extra charges. Don & Dave were very friendly throughout the whole process and lovely to deal with.Excellent service provided end to end, and I would highly recommend Don and his team at Pro Movers Oakleigh.
