Great team of physios that have a genuine care for your well being. I've been going along to this physio for years for various sports injuries. They always provide me with excellent treatment and instruction to help me on my road to recovery.They play an active role in the local community. Fiona has even come to our soccer trainings to run sessions.Highly recommended!

Great experience with Tom for hand therapy and rehabilitation after a broken wrist. Tom was able to help with both the active and mental parts of rehab and opened doors for me after my recovery to get back into training, beyond my injury. Couldn't recommend the team here highly enough.

Target Physio
After suffering serious damage to my right knee due to a motorbike accident in 2008, I've struggled with many movements and forms of exercise. I've also been very particular with who I let work on my knee. I've been seeing Fiona for a few months now and I must say that my knee feels better now than it has in years!! Fiona has helped me regain some (still got a way to go yet) confidence in my own ability not to mention increased functional strength and flexibility. Highly recommend Fiona and the team at Target Physio.

Target Physio are an awesome team of dedicated professionals that are truly committed to getting the best results for your body. Their level of training, experience and ability always sets me on track for good solid recovery whenever I need it. I love the ladies on reception too, it matters to me that I feel welcome and appreciate how genuinely friendly they are. What can I say? LOVE IT!

Fiona from Target Physio has been helping me since 2007. and she has helped me overcome large obstacles in my life. From nearly never being able to walk again to now playing every sport under the sun, largely due to Fiona's influence and ongoing support. She helped me regain my confidence to overcome my injuries. I have continued to see her since. I also had another physio called Kit for a few weeks, who helped me recover from a minor head injury. The reception team always have a smile on their face even on mondays. The team at target physio are dedicated in helping people to achieve their best. Would highly recommend.
