I love this place. The staff are so friendly and VERY helpful especially about giving me decorating ideas, they are knowledgeable about all of their products and the store always has a great amount of stock.Beautiful store, very nicely set up and very clean.

Visited store in search of bedlinen only to find out that the two sales assistants in store did not even know what percale was. The worst bit is being made to feel that the customer is ignorant. I finally settled on a quilt cover cunningly placed on a shelf with the red label clearance" running through the entire shelf only to find out upon check out that it was regularly priced at $125. And they wonder why we all end buying online!"

Service is non existent here, which is a pity because they have nice stuff. When you walk into the store they just look at you but don't say anything. This has happened many times. There was only one time that I purchased something and even then, trying to get someone at the register to ring me up seemed like a lot of work. I bought a blanket and was asked if I needed a bag... Yes that would be nice.

Not a child friendly shop.Last week I witnessed the woman behind the cash desk telling two small kids in a buggy squabbling to be quiet and then being very outspoken to their young carer about not liking kids and it being just as well that she'd never had any. I didn't notice any noise until she raised her voice to them. It had more to do with her intolerance rather than their behaviour and she was putting their young carer in her place too. Her action and comments were totally unfriendly, inappropriate and poorly judged.

Rita and her staff provide such exceptional, friendly and immediate service. The store is beautifully laid out and the staff really are attentive without being in-your-face. Rita really is such a lovely person and really knows her products. Nothing is too much of an effort for her. It’s the best Bed Bad ‘N Table around and I’ve been to so many. The choice is excellent and comparative to larger stores, and no customer is left wandering or unattended. The discounts and quality are lovely and the advice flows without you ever feeling like you’re being pushed or that something more expensive is being sold. It’s a rare thing to feel like you’re getting incredible service, beautiful purchases all wrapped up in old-fashioned honesty. :)

Thanks for the awesome customer service!!! Not.... Just left your shop to be made to feel like a thief!!!!! Are you serious. I spent at least 15 mins in their not one person came to ask me for assistance or even said hello...... Next time your staff want to judge maybe think I've just came out of hospital and wanted something nice for me. I went over to look at photos frames for the girl in the store to come and straighten up another shelf to keep a eye on me!!!!! I come from a long history of customer service and know exactly what she did. I will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone in liechhardt!!!! Or waste my money or time going back in

Who doesn't love bed, bath and beyond!! I love how they change their bed covers weekly giving you a great range of ideas and colour matches!They rotate stock for season very well and they always have a sale on :)
