Amcal here are the most efficient Chemist ,the Chemist's themselves are very interested in their patrons and go out of their way to give you the best . The staff are more than just assistance so obliging, the best ever .

I was at this chemist today and the service was 10/10, the staffs personalities were exceptional. I live in Hervey Bay but visit family quiet often and look forward to visiting your pharmacy again. Well done to Amcal Beaudesert.

I was a customer for 3 decades and had an account with the current people and the previous owner. I had an unexpected cash flow problem and got behind with payments I got sarcastic comments and rudeness. I Have paid what I owe and will not deal with them again. No loyalty to a long term customer. do not go there.

All I can say is that they are fabulous pricing for prescription medication is normal and a home delivery service is absolutely fantastic their pricing with regards to their other stock is in my opinion a little bit over the top but considering the location we're at and the service they provide which is basically delivery for free unbelievable absolutely unbelievable staff up fantastic very nice courteous kind and pharmacist or pharmacy is absolutely wonderful

Store is clean and tidy with decent range. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been dealing with these people for a lot of years now and have found them to be very very helpful, and the service is Excellent. Keep up the good work.

The manager brian there is very rude I bought a knee brace from there and was looking too get a refund cause it didn’t fit me so he measured me up and was going too see wat sized he could get never got back too me he said that they wouldn’t give me a refund it was the next day I went in with my receipt too return. So he offered too measure it up and try Find another one 1 month goes by hered nothing give them my name number and for Brian to call me back I don’t get returned calls this happened 2 times I got on too him today now he’s offering a half refund from a $57 item told him I want a full refund otherwise keep ya money and want be shopping there ever again he hung the phone up on me

I agree with joseph they are very rude they don't care about the customer just revenue. They make rules for no reason n say it's cause they have to do something like paperwork or anything they can make up. Long story short they shouldn't play games with people's medication.
