This shop in particular fix and sorted the mistake of their phone customer service! A problem that was not mine but Telstra, $380.94 to be exact was paid into another customer account and processed with their customer service over the phone ! From July to November I had been back and forth with the telco and my bank to retrieve this payment as it wasn’t showing up on their system but yet my bank had confirmed payment had been made, continuous promises of investigation to be under taken from the telco and no one was contacting me back to let me know the progress or outcome but simple finalised my account without my knowledge!! On the 2nd November after a week without internet I contacted the telco hardship department and there and then they advised me that payment had been made into another customer account but they realised the problems on the initial day (17 June) and tried to tell me it had been reversed, reversed ti where because my bank account certainly didn’t get deposited to!! I was instructed to attend a Telstra shop and these guys here absolutely did more then they should have, being a single mum and with medical issues the store manager made sure I left that store with internet and with only minutes to spare before closing time him and his team got into it! Thank you so much for making things right and I wouldn’t recommend this company but I would recommend this shop if anyone is in need of devices or having issues with their services.

We had a positive experience in this store as we had some unexpected complications. The young sales man worked very hard to try to resolve it.

Although initially helpful have been unable to get anyone to return my calls in the past couple of weeks. Today I found out (thru telstra help) that my email address was deleted and not reinstated. Now I have to wait until Monday unless telstra Carnes Hill calls me today. Here's hoping

I have rang your shop 4 times in the last week, your answer machine asks for me to leave my details and someone will call back by close of business or the next day. That call has never come, where is your customer service Telstra? Very disappointed to say the least.!!

Bronte at Carnes Hill Telstra set me up with 5G internet for the move into my new place. She was awesome. Never had an experience with Telstra so easy , polite and professional! Highly recommended, and I'm getting 360+mbps.

Drove 30 mins to this store from Macarthur because I was informed they had 6 iPhone 14 pro's in stock. I get there and was told by Noor that they have no iPhones available and that apparently no telstra store are able to view each other stocks, implying the information I received was incorrect.Obviously this frustrated me, so I drove back to Macarthur, only to be informed again that the Carnes hills store was lying straight to my face. They showed me the stock levels of Carnes hills, showing me that they have 10 iPhones pro's in stock, 6 in 125gb and 4 in the 250gb.So when I called Carnes hills store and informed them of this, their first response was Macarthur shouldn't be viewing our stocks" so they know of this and told me that no telstra store are able to view other stores stock levels which was a lie. I was also informed that they do indeed have the iPhones but are put on hold for businesses. If they had simply communicated this

I wish I could give ZERO Stars!Rude a girl and a boy seated on the desk chatting and asking people if they need help! That would be fine but then I said yes I need help! She remains seated like telling my needs which I said I'm about Google door bell and other services, then I said are we dealing like this about 10-20 metres then she start smiling funny way then she did chat to her colleagues!!!!Telstra should take this very serious for future customers services. Especially someone has 3 business accounts.
