I first dealt with Neil at Imperial Finish years ago, after he replaced a door actuator in my Falcon. He was very, very accommodating, courteous and flexible, and also generous.More recently, I had the front end of the same car damaged. Given my prior experience, I decided to have my car repaired here.The attention to detail was first rate, with not only superficial damage fixed (replaced panels), the body structure was also inspected and consequently also fixed, resulting in a safer car. I firmly believe that other places would not go to this length.They are fully transparent, with pictures taken as they go to provide a full chronology of the repair.The final product was a clear that looked as new, properly aligned and all structural repairs done properly.I would have no hesitation recommending anybody to Neil and his team. Their customer service is first class.

Neil was recommended on a community FB page as being super professional with very high standards of work. We managed to scratch/dent two panels on our brand new car; I got four quotes, of which Neil's was the only itemised quote in writing, and which overall came in at the lowest amongst (reputable) competitors.His communication is excellent - returns emails, picks up the phone, always friendly and polite, work delivered on time.
