Concierge Car Wash - Pacific Fair Shopping Centre

I paid $59.47 for the premium wash service but DID NOT get the quality of service specified.Quite a few portions in the car WERE NOT vacuumed and either poorly or not thoroughly wiped as also advertised. I will not visit this service again nor recommend it.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!I paid $83 dollars for a premium wash inside and outside and I definitely did not get what I paid for.I brought my brand new Audi for a wash expecting it to come out clean and looking brand new but it was the complete opposite, it actually came out worse than it went in.Terrible job, marks left everywhere on the inside and dust still left on the outside.Will never been coming back to this car wash and I would suggest no one else do either after the terrible job that was done.

Visited this location when I discovered the other Pacific Fair location was closed.Had my car booked in for a premium wash and interior clean. The carwash is in an underground location so it wasn’t immediately clear on the condition of my “cleaned” car. Windows were very streaky and smudged, there was still dirt on my car, very poor interior clean (they didn’t even do inside the boot!). When I submitted a complaint I was offered to return to the car wash (within 5 days) for them to rectify it but unfortunately as I was only visiting PacFair for a few hours that day, a revisit wasn’t possible. When I requested a refund, I just never got a reply from Customer Service dept. Unhappy with the job done and follow up customer service was also poor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Such a shame… 2nd time I’ve come here and been informed they’re GOING TO BE closing soon, (up to 2 hrs early) because it’s “too quiet” (although I’ve arrived well before they’ve even started to pack up and willing to pay for the higher priced services): this last time they RELUCTANTLY took my job, but ONLY the interior because it had been raining, not even a small discount off the package price despite not touching the outside (usually included), and I wasn’t able to pay extra to add the mats/seat-steaming service as their steam machine was already put away. (What?) As for the clean itself: the inside of my windows were untouched, 2 out of my 4 cup holders untouched, door jams were barely satisfactory and I’d say they’d only done 80% of the interior vacuum. (So I paid $90 for a bad vacuum, 2 cup holders cleaned and a very lazy wipe over of my dash that missed a LOT). Very slack service, which is such a shame because they USED TO BE great! But sadly the workers just don’t want to be there if there’s even a small chance they could close early (and make it quite obvious too) and I then went and had to pay extra for a laser wash elsewhere for my exterior afterward. I used to love dropping my car here while I go into the shops but never again after my last couple of experiences here. :(

Have had our cars detailed by Concierge Pacific Fair #1 about 7 times. Each time the guys have been professional about their service and friendly to deal with. Ideal spot for dropping off the car whilst carrying out grocery shopping & chores.

*****CUSTOMER BEWARE*****Charged $100 for a service that was not even complete. Absolutely disgusting.My friend noticed as we were about to leave after paying that my wheels had not been cleaned at all. They were basically the same as when I brought them in. Not just one but all four!I started to get frustrated and told him I need to leave, just give me a partial refund. As I walked around, I saw the pricing board and realized that he had COMPLETELY lied to me about any of the prices and completely made up the $100 price point as this was no where on the pricing list and he couldn't explain how he came to that price. Also again the job was so poor it was barely a basic wash, let alone anything else.I again asked for a refund of now 50% as he's obviously lied to me about price, and done an extremely poor job on top of this and I just wanted to leave.He refused to give me any refund, refused to give me any apology and just outright stopped talking to me, to try and make me leave. I ended up having to leave paying $100 and with a still unfinished vehicle.This has to be one of the worst interactions I've ever had with someone, in my opinion, he should be removed from your business as he is fraudulently giving customers random prices, and refuses to admit the terrible job that he is doing.DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!

Paid for the premium superior wash to have a deep bug clean, still bugs in grill. The did an okay job on the interior.

Well cleaned… Quicker than expected and conveniently texts to let you know the car is ready. A car freshener or scent would have been nice though :)

Absolutely awful!!! Paid $89 (website quotes from $59) Car not washed in areas outside, dashboard dirty, glass on dash wiped with dirty cloth. Sent pics to Head Office, only offered a $20 voucher, no proper response to why I paid $30 more and why it wasn't done properly. Complete RIP OFF !!!
