Greencross Vets Cannington

Came by for the first time today with my puppy for a vaccination. Had a very warm greeting and felt very welcomed. My puppy was given lots of love and treats, and felt very comfortable with everyone there. They were all so friendly, helpful and informative.Entrance is very organised and neat, place looks nice and bright. Very pleasing minimalist aesthetic. Just gives you that super clean feeling. I love it.Will definitely be back! Right next to PetBarn too - makes it convenient to spoil your furry friends right after a visit to the vets.

Such lovely, professional staff all around. Visit was thorough and she was very kind and extremely knowlegable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for kindness, good humour and professional service.

Going to the vet is never really an experience one enjoys but rather endures for the sake of the well-being of our pets. That being said, this place is superb. Not only are they super understanding and accomdating but just really bloody good at what they do. I'm so happy this is my local vet and their HPP service is really good value. Thank you again for all your help!

The vet is located in a very convenient location. However, due to staffing issues, this branch was closed for a good period of time. When they re-opened we took our dog down for his vaccinations. Upon arrival, as our dog and another dog were excitedly interacting causing the noise to be pretty high, one of the staff had asked us to step back outside in the heat with our dog’s paws on the hot ground. I wasn’t impressed with this, however, at the same time, another staff (Dr. T) came out and told us to wait in the room to get started with our appointment. Didn’t catch the vet’s full name, but that was a greatly appreciated gesture for giving us a second option.
