My friend bought me a watch and didn’t realise I was allergic, this store wouldn’t let them refund even with receipt and manager wouldn’t make an exception don’t buy from them!

I bought a watch for my husband here for our anniversary. After telling me they remove links for free in store and a 20 minute wait the lady returned saying she was sorry but couldn’t do it. She then told us to take it to mister minit which is in the shopping centre and they would help us out (didn’t mention that she had broken several pins in the watch and that it was going to cost us to do something they are supposed to be trained to do for free). When I found out it was going to cost us money because of their incompetence a staff member chose then to tell us that they could have sent it away to be fixed for free... after we had already paid at mister minit because that’s where she told us to go... no compensation was offered in fact they hung up on me

Really great staff here, they're very nice and not to pushy but really good with suggestions if you're unsure in what to buy as a present/gift

Everytime I’ve come here I’ve walked away with something! Staff are always helpful and they’re not too pushy which is great! They do really good sales and make sure you get what you’re looking for, they also have a wide range of beautiful jewellery here.
