Terrible service !! At first I thought they were going to help me . I Brought my brand new suit into them for a small stain on the knee , 2 weeks later no call back I went in and it was returned with 2 bleached marks on the knee ... I asked them what happened and they passed the blame to the company they ship clothes too for dry cleaning ... I asked them to fix the problem and they kept my suit for over 2 months without calling me once .. I kept having to follow up on the progress of my suit pants . Finally I call in to collect my suit and they return the suit in the same condition with the pants obviously marked in 2 different locations then the stain was originally.I receive no credit or compensation for my ruined pants and forced to leave with no help to get compensation from the company they contact out too .. leaving me only but to comment here warning fellow customers of potential future situations like mine , the pictures are hard to tell but the marks are very clear when the pants are put on

I needed some minor pants repair. The work was done well. Bit pricey and took a week but I was happy with the results

Mary Alterations is a great service. Conveniently located outside the shopping centre. There is street parking. Very helpful and reasonable prices. I got a trouser altered and was $20 and paid $5 more for same day pickup. Pricing may change based on the job. Just listed what I paid so you have an idea on pricing. PLS call them before you go so you can save time. The place is bit bussy given lots of ppl getting their measurements done so may have to wait for a bit. Good luck. I like the service they provide.

Fantastic service with an excellent eye for detail, I had some suit alterations done here and needed a quick turn around, after being told by another store that what I required was not able to be done quickly or to a professional standard they had no problem completing the alterations to a professional standard and within the required time frame, well price and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Such a trash service. Ridiculously expensive yet very poor quality, extremely rude attitude towards customers. These people can barely speak any English, no clue how can they do business here. Also heard of the owner not only withholds their employees wages, but also mentally and verbally abuse them. I hope fair work can crack down on these guys, just way too cheeky to run a business like this.

Very upset with the service and quality of work. My bridesmaid dress and flower girl dress was put in for adjustments to be made...amounting to over $200. When I collected the bridesmaid dress, I was appalled at the poor quality and incorrect measurements re cup sizing. Very disappointed. Thread was loose, Mary and another staff member did not seem to care. I waited while a quick fix was attempted, no empathy or apology for having to wait around. Walked away very upset with a dress that does not fit properly, plus visibly poor workmanship, even to the “untrained eye”. Will not be visiting again. Waste of time and money!!

Incredibly expensive. I ended up paying 430 dollars for minor alterations to a jacket, pants and a linen shirt. I also had to bring back the pants and pay an additional 40 dollars for an alteration to the pants that I asked for upon bringing them in.I was also assured that the pants could be let out, rather than just exchanging them for a larger size, only to find that no noticeable difference was made when I tried them home.Dentist trips are more enjoyable and less expensive than visiting this place.

Took expensive jeans for hemming and could see immediately they were about 2 cms too short. The female employee knew I wasn’t happy and called in male employee who said he had taken measurements and it was fine. Absolutely no consideration for my displeasure or offer to fix …..although with too little material to work with I could see I would not receive satisfaction. Should have read other reviews but was directed to this business by Sportscraft employee who sold me the jeans. Other red flag was notice to try on altered clothes before leaving….obviously other clients dissatisfied with the service and customer experience. DO NOT use this business!!
