Thank you Sharron, staff and her chosen celebrant Kez for looking after my Family during a very difficult time. Everybody was wonderful, and compassionate and nothing was too much of an ask. Our celebrant Kez was a perfect match for our service, highly recommend her. The chapel was elegantly presented and perfect. I can't thank everybody enough.

Vanessa from Somerville Funerals has been an absolute gem to deal with right from the very start and we would highly recommend Vanessa. Vanessa was compassionate towards myself and family in organising the funeral for my Dad recently as we lost our Dad to an extremely unfortunate circumstance. Not only did Vanessa organise such a beautiful funeral service but she was so patient whilst we worked through everything. Thank you very much Vanessa, you made such a horrible time quite pleasant for us.

The service and all arrangements organised by Vanessa for my father's recent funeral were wonderful and made a very sad occasion beautiful and memorable. Vanessa exceeded my expectations at all times. I felt that she was always there for me, with an attention to detail and sensitivity that was really impressive. I felt that I was always in expert and genuinely caring hands. Our entire experience was so beautiful, I recommend Somerville to anyone. Sharron met us and she was so caring, empathetic and professional. She turned a difficult process, in our case, we were organising the funeral and service to farewell our Mum, into a very easy and smooth meeting where we were able to create the most beautiful service our Mum would have been proud of. The day of the service went off without a hitch and was so beautiful. Sharron and Somerville thought of everything. Vanessa and all the team at Somerville Funerals Southport go out of their way to make the hardest time in your life run smoothly and nothing is too much trouble. We unfortunately lost mum and then dad 8 months later and Vanessa was amazing in organising both funerals and we couldn't recommend her and Somerville anymore highly. In the toughest of times they helped with everything making it so much easier to deal with. On behalf of the family we would like to thank Vanessa and the team again.

I would just like to commend Vanessa for the way she dealt with my family during the worst time of their lives with the loss of our beloved Uncle. I know that she had a difficult time during the arrangement, but Vanessa was able to steer us all in the right direction and keep the harmony within our family, so much so that the final outcome was such a beautiful and magical service. This company hosted a service for my late sonalthough a mainly good experience by the celebrant i found Vanessa to be rude and hostile to myself on 2 seperate occasions a week prior to the service over the phone and the day of the service afterwards she did apologise but the hurt was done thumbs down for Vanessas ..Lack of courtesy , compassion and understanding ..
