Went in on a whim, people waiting so thought it was good, 15mins and we got our order.Wife ordered 2 pieces of Cod (one battered, one crumbed) and side of chips and 2 BBQ sauce totalling $23.Got to the park and got the kids down and opened it up to this.Fish tasted ok however not even salt water fish tasting - tasted like freshwater farmed fish, I asked the girl if it was Basa before ordering she didn't know much...But the chips would have be the worst I've ever put eyes on... Dry, stale tasting and small and over salted, just nothing reminiscent of deep fried chip's I've ordered prior.Also missing the sauces...Great times, won't be back...

Their crumbed fish is so light, their sweet potato fries, next level. The staff are very friendly, great atmosphere.

Honestly, we weren’t expecting much from a takeaway shop, but WOW were we pleasantly surprised! So delicious and really lovely staff. I had the pulled pork burger and my partner had the works burger, both so flavorful, and amazing potato scallops with chicken salt.

Lunch today was deliciousWe had battered cod and potato scollops both freshly cooked. And the staff were very friendly, will return when in the area. Thank you for a lovely lunch

The meal we had was great value. However, the fish tasted frozen and the chips also. The staff were friendly and there’s a few tables where you can dine in.

C and the burger was loaded and I struggled to finish. Next door a few shops down is a seafood truck where I picked up some beautiful fat QLD oysters shucked that day. Complimented the burger, fish chips and spicy hot chicken perfectly.

Amazing takeaway ...we came back from the Coolangatta Airport late and didn't want maccas...we saw the Cafe was open till 9pm...everyday...wonderful...and for 16 bucks bought an amazing basket with chips and fish calamari...and we didn't want all the other seafood bits they let us replace with potato scallops...plenty of lemon and tatare sauce ...amazing value and fish and chips cooked perfect...we ordered a coleslaw small for only 3 bucks....soo good...will make this our stop every time we go through to the coast! Thanks so much guys ...wonderful takeaway
