Jim high pressure cleaned my tiled roof as well as replacing broken tiles with exact match even though the house is 20 years old. I am thoroughly happy with the outcome. If you’re looking for a good honest local fella to do a great job, i recommend Jim Russell roofing.

Had an annoying leak on a new gutter. Was worried it was going to cost a bomb to fix.Jim came over and inspected the area, gave me a very reasonable price and fixed it straight away with no fuss.Can’t recommend enough.

Would not recommend at all. I rang Jim a month ago and he arrived and looked at the leak I had. After providing a quote I rang him the next day to book the repairs in. He said he will fix it when he is in the area". A couple of weeks go by and I ring again

Had quite an unpleasant experience with Jim. He didn’t provide a quote for what was initially requested and hung up after we contacted him to clarify the quote saying he was not interested in the job.

I Emailed Jim about removing a wood heater chimney from my roof, and could he give me a price ? He got back to me the same day with a price, and after I agreed he informed me that he was able to do the job the following morning. Mid morning the next day Jim Emailed me with the pictures of the completed job... long story short... the job was totally up to my expectation, and what is just as important the communication from Jim was extremely responsive.

Called Jim after insurance company had sent 3 other roofing guys who could NOT find our leak. Jim spent an hour on the roof investigating and came up with a solution to the problem after locating the problem area.Highly recommended, prompt, knowledgeable and did not charge like a wounded bull.Thanks Jim.

Very happy with Jim Russell roofing. I had heard about Jim from word of mouth from friends who had work done by him. Explained the issues on my roof and demonstrated the problems clearly enough for me to understand. Prompt service and fair priced for the work that was done. The outcome is my leaks were fixed and roof repointed and cleaned up. Very happy with this guy.
