Terrible service & communication! Dropped an urgent job off to have printed & was told I would get a phone call the next morning to advise when it would be ready. Never received a call back & have tried calling them & left multiple messages with no call back (the voicemail message doesn't even state their business name so you can't even be sure you have called the right place, relying on Google to be correct). I understand that over Christmas time businesses do close down but I was not informed of any closing hours when I dropped the job off, there is one sign on the door saying Christmas closing 26 December 2016 - with no advice of when they are reopening. Have had to go back to the shop every day since to find out if they are open again with no luck, I had to leave Broken Hill to return home after Christmas & had to go elsewhere to get the job done. Very poor customer service, not impressed at all.
