I wouldn't have given them 1 star, but they dont allow non. Placed and paid for an order in Novemeber 2018, finally turned up in March 2019. Damaged. By this time we had sourced an alternative (Dorset). Have not been able to get our money refunded. Not Happy!!Finally got through to them and asked when my money would be refunded, only to be hung up on. They owe me money, not the other way around. Dont deal with them they are dodgey

I also emailed in an order in mid November 2021. Didn't heard from them for a week, I tried to chase up to make a payment but impossible to reach anyone. Finally received the invoice after one an a half week and I made a payment on the same day. Then waited a week and have heard nothing again. I kept calling the office and again impossible to reach anyone. Finally reached someone after a week, made hundreds of calls and messages. They forgot to send out the order. It has been a month and the order still hasn't arrived. This is the worst company to deal with.
