It's your standard Coles. Some things aren't always in stock, at least they have numerous self service checkouts, and it's pretty quiet on the weekends.

Had a nice checkout guy named Symon who was very kind. But the reason I am leaving this review is because there was a guy named Antonino and even though there was a huge line and everything was very busy when he came over for the change over to replace the checkout guy he entered with such an open heart and full positivity which really lifted the energy of everyone around him his co-worker left smiling so we really must leave a five-star review for Antonino because he did not only create a better atmosphere for his staff member We left as customers smiling and we have never even met this guy before... We are going back to Queensland today but we will come back to this Kohl's just to see Antonino. Pure heart and incredible energy! Needs to be paid more!! He is an asset wherever he works!!

I used a self checkout register and it froze when I changed payment method, the staff watching checkouts told me to wait for it to fix itself, and I waited & waited & then the service manager told me keep waiting. Eventually they got the store manager to restart the register and I then I had to go pay at the service counter. It took about 15 minutes of waiting at the faulty checkout. None of the 3 staff who were involved including the store manager apologised to me for the long delay and inconvenience. The opposite of good customer service and a horrible shopping trip.

A good selection of items in the supermarket. I found lots of yoghurt which I hadn't had in New Zealand before so I ate a lot of it when I was in Melbourne! I also found these protein bars which are delicious.

Most important place around Southern Cross Station. It basically feeds everyone living near the station, including West Melbourne. They have many lower price products compared to Woolworths. But unfortunately their meat price is higher (and they never have half priced baked chicken sale) and they don’t have wide varieties of discount products during promotion period compared to Woolworths. I just go there, because it's close. That's the only reason.

The speaker at the entrance to the self service that blasts a welcome message as you walk past actually caused a flare up of my tinnitus ear condition.It would be nice to not be assaulted in the ear while I collect my weekly shop.Otherwise, the store is okay.

I am here with my friend, he is shopping some cheap food for his lunch.Have you ever dreamed of travelling to different places with your loved ones?Ofcourse we all do, who wouldn’t want to seek adventure? Explore new places, try out different cuisines but ofcourse it’s more worth it when you’re with your love ones, making memories worth keeping making them happy right? Ticking each one on your bucket list, be it in the forest, ocean, or wherever you plan or what to do because family is everything to us. All we ever wanted is a good future for them. Price gouging vultures, what they do is raise the price by heaps and then put it on special to try trick customers whilst raking in massive profits during a cost of living crisis. I do my best to avoid.I would recommend walking a few extra blocks and use Aldi instead and not support their greed.
