Adam is an excellent real estate agent who we would recommend without hesitation.He sold our Rosebery apartment in Metro Village off the market at a price significantly above our expectations. He made time to meet us the very day I gave him a call, which was a Friday. Saturday week (5 working days later), we were exchanging contracts at a fantastic price. We saved ourselves the hassle, stress, and money of paying for a formal marketing campaign.Adam knows the apartment complex better than we do! He gave us very practical tips on how to prepare the place and linked us up with a great lawyer (turnaround time for the contract was 24 hours) and handyman. Within a few days, the place was the best it's ever looked. He also is a nice guy so has a good relationship with buyers and other important contacts, so the selling process was a breeze.

Adam sold our apartment in Rosebery. Was a great result in the end. Hit challenges due to similar apartments coming on sales in same complex at same time. Adam held his nerve and persisted. He was passionate to keep his perfect sales record in the building. Was a challenging sales campaign but Adam came through in the end. Can recommend.

I agree with all the previous reviews of Adam. He is professional, genuine, caring and friendly. I felt like he was very patient with me and listened carefully to my questions and explained everything clearly and honestly. He helped us a lot to prepare our property prior to our sale and got us a result that was better than expected. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone I know looking to sell a property in the area.

I was tricked and lied to, Patrick really did a number on me . I’m sure if I wasn’t a single mother, and had a man in my life he would not have degraded me to such a degree..He convinced me to agree to a auction on Easter weekend, although I expressed concern. He told me I only need two people of interest to conduct an auction, which he canceled on the day .. yet still sent me the bill of $800 .I told him I’m not paying for a service I never received, yet I got the invoice.I told him I’m only interested in realestate. Com but he changed me with domain and his data base.My own neighbours told me why would I be interested in seeing your property Rose , when I only purchased a year ago .Also he quoted and charged me for 10x photos yet chose a photo that prompted the building, only to find out he was selling another unit within.I found him to be no more or less than a second hand car salesman.

We recently sold our apartment with Adam. He has been great to deal with from start to finish, making everything easy and simple. He is genuine, friendly and gets great results! Highly recommended!
