Wide range of tiles in a haphazard warehouse set up. Difficult to find specific tiles due to the layout. Staff seemed disinterested in helping and the prices were very high for a specific store - same price as Bunnings.

Great range of tiles to choose from. It's probably not the best organised like other tile shops might be, but if you have some idea what you're after then Tony will be able to find you something to suit as they have a massive selection of tiles on display. Excellent prices to match.

Absolutely floored by the rude and unprofessional customer service I received here.When I asked for the price of a tile that wasn't labelled I was told to 'come back tomorrow', as she was 'closing soon and I do paper work now'. (There was, in fact, 40 minutes until closing time)She argued with me and told me all tiles were labelled with the price (many were not), refused to come to look at the tile in question or to look up the tile using the code number (which I had recorded).Gob smacked at the complete lack of respect and I honestly do not know how they manage to sell anything to anyone!

The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! The old lady at front desk should retire. She was the most arrogant, condescending woman I have ever met.I asked to view a product that I wanted to purchase, she refused to show me and refused a sale of any item.Such disgusting and appalling attitude for the industry that she is in.

This is not a flashy store so they don't overcharge you for anything. I've been coming here and their other stores for more than 30 years and you cannot find better prices anywhere in Sydney. It is owned by Kim and her son Tony. They have always related to each other that way since the husband died. I don't really know why. If you want to go shopping for a pleasant experience and personal service then go somewhere else. If you want the best price for tiles, bathroom ware and all accessories to come here. Tony is a good honest guy and Kim is always friendly to me. If you need an experienced tiler message me, thanks.

Got over 50 m2 tiles to replace but they are discontinued. Found something similar in this store however I am not quite sure. The price tag was $xx per m2 and the gentleman outside confirmed that will be the price after I told him I might need to buy just 1 sqm and compare at home before I come back and get more. However the lady in the store refused to sell them as per the price tag unless I “buy a lot of them today” and end up charging me double~ honestly I don’t really care about the price and I didn't even bother to argue. But you should at least make sure everybody in your store are on the same page and don't try to charge whatever price you want. Two stars are for the range of products

Shockingly rude staff. Especially Kim. Never again. Place is so disorganised with no actual pricing listed anywhere....even though Kim kept saying prices are listed. I just walked out and spent my money across the road.

DISGUSTING WOMAN!!!The woman that works here and answers phones is a scumbag! When I asked to speak to Tony that works there she said that he wasn't allowed to answer phones. When I told her that it wasn't true and that I spoke to him over the phone last week she then yelled and swore at me before hanging up on the phone! This company is a joke!

Bought 25 meters of tiles plus adhesives. Son Tony quoted me over phone a price for same glue in smaller bag. Arrived to purchase and found Tony`s mother at counter. She tried to charge me much more for glue, said Tony knows nothing. Very rude old lady. Keep well away.
