Araxi Hair

As a long time customer I love having my hair cut at Araxi Buddina. Denise is lovely and always cuts my hair exactly how I like it.

Website says , no appointments. I was trying to get my daughter a quick trim, so thought I would call. Was told no appointment system, just come in. Drove to plaza. Went in and requested trim. “Sorry we are fully booked” really frustrating to hear when only 30 mins prior I was told to come in. What made matters much worse was the last was just so rude. Whilst speaking to her, I had my daughter with me. I tried to explain that I tried to call ahead, and was told to come in. So was surprised to be told that they were full. The lady was really frustrated that I was trying to explain and understand what was going on, whilst with my daughter. We ended up walking into just cuts. They couldn’t see us straight away, but explained that we could come back in 30 mins. They were friendly and helpful. I’ll never try Araxi again. This was my third similar experience with this salon.

I had my hair cut and asked for a tiny trim in the front and the lady gave me a full fridge. Very disappointed and unhappy. I do not recommend

This particular salon does not follow covid or work place health and safety rules. Way to many people in the salon there is no social distancing 1.5 metre the waiting chairs are full of clients waiting and hairdressers working side by side. People getting there haircuts are that close they can touch each other. Hairdressers don't have closed in shoes and look very unprofessional. I went over to justcuts were they followed all rules and are pleasant and fun hairdressers.

Asked for shoulder length hair, and got earlobe length hair..! I am devastated, my hair grows really slowly so it will take at least 8 months to grow my hair back to shoulder length. The woman who cut my hair even acknowledged that she cut it way too short, but didn't offer a discount or anything.

I asked for a little trim on the top and a small fade on the sides and the lady proceeds to take all the texture out of my hair leaving it looking horrible and with the sides was left some spots 2s and some 3s very disgusted would not recommend

Perfect place for a no fuss haircut. Friendly competent cutters. Prices very reasonable.

Walk in hair cuts. Hair dresser did as I requested for my hair, with no qualms, even though was not a common one request.Walked out happy. Pleasant experience.
