As a long time patient, I eventually became disillusioned that the dentist would only spend a minute or two in the room with me and my teeth would only get a passing glance. I got the impression that patients are an inconvenience in one's day. It's a shame because the office staff is generally quite pleasant and helpful and the location is good.

After embarrassingly admitting I hadn’t been to the dentist in 6 years, I knew I would need some work. I was nervous but was put at ease by the friendly demeanour by all the staff. Zoe did my check up and clean and was very knowledgeable, gentle (as possible) and friendly. I had 2 appointments with Dr Basoeki for 3 fillings, including one that was very close to needing a root canal. Dr Basoeki was quick, professional, kind and very good. The dental assistants I had were all very kind and calming. I didn’t feel the injections at all, and the only thing that hurt the most was keeping my mouth open for so long. Also, covering the gap fee for my check up and clean after my private health was an amazing bonus! I could go on and on, I even recommend my friends and family there. The staff are always prompt and on time every time I have been. I’m actually looking forward to my routine check & clean in the new year as I know my experience will always be good & looking forward to work on my smile aesthetics in the future. The team should be congratulated!

My gold inlay needed to be reaffixed, and I was very impressed with the professionalism of this Clinic, by all staff that I encountered. Dr S. Pathak came across as a gentle and caring person and I was so pleased that he took care of my problem! I highly recommend this Dental Clinic for exceeding my expectations!

I have to say that Smile Sensations Manuka has to be the most professional yet friendly dentist surgery I've visited. All of the staff are happy, helpful and respectful, including to each other! All importantly communication is also fantastic therefore getting the results you need/would like. Happy patient:-)

I went there to get my braces done, they told me it’ll take 6months because my teeth were already straight and have a small gap. It took 2 years for them to take the braces out and they did not clean my teeth. They just placed the metal behind my teeth so they don’t move after braces. Within a week the metal fell off. I went there 4 times to get a retainer. Bad!!!!! Teeth were bleeding and was very uncomfortable My gap is back, my back tooth has been push too far that it’s turning on the side - very painful experience. I called to ask for help, I was told it’s my fault etc … it’s frustrating because I paid so much money for nothing!!! I still have some of the glue from braces on my teeth. I don’t know what to do!!! Please guys if you value your money and time just DONT GO THERE!!!!! Careless!! Braces cost a lot and to get this kind of treatment is sad. Starting from zero!
