Vicki Lau is a genius when it comes to a home & Office make over. The go to place for an extra special gift for someone, especially for your self.If you want world class this is the one stop shop and warehouse.

Such a beautiful store on Hastings Street and make sure you take the trip to the warehouse- it's a treasure lover's mecca! I found the vintage chandelier of my dreams and will definitely be back for more pieces in future.

It always used to be high end really good quality stuff.I enjoyed the experience and took friends and tourists.but it lowered its image by selling cards with swear words including the f word.no longer refined and elegant but now coarse and vulgar.

Beautiful curated things, which is a shame because I wouldn’t recommend anyone go in on account of the very rude shop owner. Upon sharing an item with my shopping companion, the woman approached us and physically and rather forcefully removed the item from my hand. The reviews for this store unfortunately confirm our impressions. Support somewhere with nicer customer service.

On every occasion I have been into the warehouse, I have found the woman serving to be rudely dismissive, including to my elderly mother the other day. I am never greeted, and always greet the woman as I enter. Today, the woman outside herself. Apart from again not greeting me on entry, she told me when I asked about perfume bottles, that there were none under $180. Indeed there were many. One I picked out and asked about was not priced. She told me it was vintage and the price was $180. She clearly pulled the price out of the air, as she has done when asked about price, on several previous occasions. When I decided on 2 picture frames, apparently she was so inconvenienced by my modest purchase that she couldn't even be bothered wrapping them! I told her they were a present and please instead of being so dismissive, could she kindly wrap them nicely in tissue. She told me was busy with other customers who had made an appointment to see her." I was appalled by her belittling attitude

This place is AMAZING. A bit chaotic but in a good way. Wish the owner would've gotten back to us on a few pieces we loved.

Appalling. Came across their Hasting St store 6 months ago on holiday and fell in love with an item. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to purchase before we left. Had been holding out for this trip to go back and purchase - as everything I buy for our home has a story of places we’ve been, even though I could get this exact item closer to home and a very little amount cheaper. Went back yesterday and they didn’t have what I was after (same item, different colour bottom) and suggested I go to their Eenie St Warehouse. The two different ladies I’ve spoken to at Hasting St have been lovely, engaging in converstion, asked if I needed assistance and was just in general, nice. Polar opposites when I went to their warehouse and I was the first to say ‘hi’ to whom I assume is the owner. I tried to compliment her and and all I pretty much received back was grunts. I let her know what I was after and she pretty much told me to go around and find it myself. When I did, I eventually asked for the price, she really didn’t know, but silly me, I assumed it was the same pricing as their Hasting St store ($170ish). I asked if she had a measuring tape so I could confirm it was what I was after (making sure it would fit for what I needed it for), and seemed to be such a hassle. Sizing ended up fine and I said I’ll take it. As it was display stock and there were items on top, she asked for me to grab it as she lifted to her items underneath. As I did, it has a sticker on it for $149, I thought, great, a little cheaper than anticipated. When she got it to the register, she pulled $280 of thin air, and I’m like ‘what?’. She stated the small version was $169. This is regardless of the fact that I saw the price sticker and she mentioned it must have come off the other item on it, which is incorrect - it was firmly attached. I was even happy to pay more than the sticker price, up to what they have at their Hasting St store and she said they aren’t that price there. Incorrect again, I was just there. All in all, I walked away from the sale. I would hate to see that item in my home daily and be reminded of her horrible attitude and snarky face. I can buy the exact same item from a beautiful home ware store, closer to home and from staff who are more happy to help - and cheaper too (she was charging almost double to what you could find the exact item for from other retailers). For a store that would rely on a lot of word of mouth, she should definitely step it up a notch on the customer service side. I don’t care of you own the store, you won’t succeed when you treat paying customers like she did. And although it was a cheaper purchase compared to other items they stock, I was planning on coming back for some interior design ideas. Not coming back again.

Wish I could give less than 1, the women at the counter who claims to own this store is so incredibly rude and hostile, she was so rude to myself and my children when I politely answered her that I am medically exempt from wearing a mask, she wasn't even wearing a mask as a retailer herself, she followed me around the store telling me to leave and that I didn't want anything at the store, her staff also seem less than impressed with her aggressive and hostile behaviour! Shop elsewhere! Buyer beware!
