I wish I could give 0 or even negative score. Gagan(The lady at the salon) is extremely rude. Instead of giving an approximate wait time to clients she is expecting me to sit there and wait for ever. Initially she said little bit of a wait time. I was waiting there for half an hour without any update. When I asked if it’s gonna take more time she showed an irritated face and said only 2 of us are there and we are busy. I can’t believe her attitude. Clients please avoid this place for piece of mind. I have been going to this place for the past 2 years and its only because of this lady this salon is getting this review. Previous staff were all good.If the management is reading this I kindly request you to replace this lady. I could see a lot of reviews in the recent past saying she is rude.

WARNING - My friend was a regular at the Rouse Hill salon however she had a horrible experience so decided to try the salon located in the Ponds. Biggest mistake of her life! They dropped wax on her hair and her chain which was very expensive. Not once but many times. Worst of all, not once did the lady apologies but instead just said just wash it off. The chain is now ruined and realistically IBS should be providing a refund. The service was absolutely horrible. The girl did not listen but rather did everything on her own accord.DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON!When I posted on the rouse hill page, within minutes the owner got her own people to submit fake reviews to boost her rating - what an absolute scam! She replied on the review saying they are investigating but my friend never got a response despite sending emails and messages. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Worst customer service was provided. I went for hair straining consultation. The way they were taking was with so rude and was talking about my health . She literally was telling interrior health is important not outside like hair straining. What's the point in her running a beauty service. Everyone who comes know what is health aBout. Pls try not to be a doctor and keep commenting which is personal.

I have been going there for past 2 years the previous staff in 2020 where so polite and nice even if you go 15 mins before closing time they help you with eyebrows . But recently the staff since Jan to Feb 2021 till date are so rude although closing hours is 5 pm when i went at 4:15 pm for only eyebrows the staff said I am waiting for client do you have appointment , I had requested if your customer is late can you please help to do eyebrows then she rudely replied saying no I can not serve , I waited and watched no one came she locked the store before closing time & left. Mostly Indians go for Indian parlor and these recently staff have so much of attitude.I stopped going and started going to Profession Nails they also do eyebrows and great customer service.

I had a great experience doing threading of my eyebrows and upper lip here. I had very little waiting time as I had booked an appointment ahead of time, it was not painful during threading, the lady was very nice, and the end result was great.

Gagan and her assistant did a very great job. I was there twice and had a very good experience in eyebrow threading, hair colour, cut and blow dry. The best thing is that they listen to exactly what you want. I highly recommend this.

Worst place for threading and tint . I asked her there are some gaps but instead of fixing it she argued and said she did the right thing.

I had a great experience with Gagan. I had a booking and all went on time. She did a fantastic job styling my hair, very happy with it.
