I had a fantastic experience with Jellis Craig Ivanhoe over the two years I rented through them. Previously I've dealt with uninterested property managers as well as absolute extortionists (upon vacating) which have dampened my renting experience.Steven D'Agostino has been one of the easiest Property Managers I've had the pleasure of working with. His quick and attentive communication is appreciated as well as his easy going nature. He was down to earth the whole time I rented with him and always sorted any issues quickly and smoothly.Upon vacating he was fair with my bond/final inspection and easy to deal with. He was so great to deal with I tried everything to find another rental he managed.I was also treated with the upmost honesty and care from Phil James, the estate agent and auctioneer. His communication was flawless regarding the messy business of open house viewings whilst I was still occupying. He perfected the balance between making all parties happy, no easy feat.Both are an absolute credit to this branch of Jellis Craig.

Maria Psarras is the best agent I have dealt with. We have had some problems with our property and Maria has always sent us quality tradespeople who have dealt with issues promptly. Maria gets back to me quickly via email and cares about her renters, not only the owners as I have had with previous agents. In my career I have done work for a lot of agents and spoken to a lot of upset tenants with month old issues. Maria I can honestly say is the best by far with her communication and accountability and I doubt this has ever happened with her properties. We have been dealing with Stiven Mrkela recently . He sounds very helpful , professional , worked very hard. But after tried to buy two properties from him , found he is one of most dishonest sales consultant you want to deal with, not only cheated the vendors , also misleading the buyers , put his interest way above anybody . He is the very last agent you want deal with .

I've not always had the best experiences with real estate agents, but I only have great things to say about Steven, Sandra, and the team. We applied to lease one of the properties managed by Jellis Craig. We got approved, but the agent told me that the owner wanted us to move bit earlier than we asked for. I agreed to move to the date offered by the agent, but the agent told me that the owner wanted us to move a week earlier than what we agreed. I asked for 3 days after of that new moving date proposed, and the agent told me that the owner asked for 3 months in advance to compensate the delay. FOR JUST 3 DAYS AFTER THAT PROPOSES DATE.I didn't accept the offer, as I didn't like the idea of having a landlord like that. A couple of days later, I got a call from other agent asking me if I was still interested. I explained her what happened with the owner. She told me that she knew the owner and that the owner was very nice. She told me that the person that asked me to pay the 3 months in advance and to move earlier was the other agent, not the owner. She asked us to reconsider that property again, and if not, she would be happy to help us to find a new property because our application was very good. We didn't accept it that property, because it was bit pricey and were not happy with what happened, but we asked her to send us other properties, as we were happy to lease other of their properties.However, as we didn't accept that property, which was convenient for them to rent because it was expensive for what it was, they never replied me back.Very disappointing service.

Handover was a really bad experience, only 1 key was provided after settlement, upon questioning they don't know where the rest of the keys are and I had to wait for a week to get the rest"; till date I don't even know if I have the full set of keys because they weren't able to confirm how many keys in total to begin with.Basically I can't operate my garage door for a week and I constantly wonder who else have my keys and may have access to my building

Cannot recommend Virginia Sier and her team highly enough.They looked after my property like it was their own home, found me fabulous tenants, kept me up to date and nothing was too much trouble for them.Linden Danks
