If you actually care about your cars and good friendly service, this is the place to go. Well equip shop and vast knowledge. No shortage on rage of parts and services. Only stocks the best and not the cheap nasty junk parts most places sell.These people are true genuine car enthusiasts and not the average broom pusher.Could not possibly ask for more.

The absolute worst. I took my car in for a wheel alignment and when I picked it up the door had a vertical scrap and dent, obviously caused by a lift. They refused to take responsibility and refused to allow me to see the inside shop video. I was told they did not know how to view the video and they would not let me show them.

I have been taking my car to H & K for a couple of years now and well! its amazing the difference, the dealer charged a fortune for a normal service. H & K charge a lot less and in some cases around half the price the dealer was charging, I have never had an issue with the work and they don't up-sell things I don't need yet. Now I take my wife's car and have recommended them to everyone at work.Its nice when you recommend something to someone and the person comes back thanking you, and that's what happened today so I wanted to share it with you.

Gareth and the team are simply amazing. Highly recommended for an end to end solution for looking after your car, with skills way above that of your average mechanic (including some of the brand name ones) - definitely the place to go.

2nd time had land cruiser serviced, can't fault them, they have honest conversations about what your car needs, if a raise a concern they check it out, but it doesn't mean it's then a problem (had that issue at other mechanics - any time I mentioned something, it was always a problem that definitely needed fixing)

Organised, well & fast understanding, friendly, saved me some $,Happy to bring my car to H&,K again.Recommended 5 star. From 6 other companies I known in my previous 20yrs of other cars I had. Use to be a rip off from a different garage.But H&K, is Straightforward an kind about my car, fair pricing. Also gave me free advice on the spot.5 stars Recommended.
