Hello everyone.I was a bit anxious to attend a beginner class but it was awesome.The staff were very friendly, helpful and straight forward.The trainer for the class was funny and helped when ever there was an issue or a technique that needed attending too.The class was full pass, none stop, energetic and supportive.I'm a quiet person but the other students were so helpful and eager to help me get to where i needed to go.I've joined now and am improving little by little.The best thing was seeing girls and guys side by side having fun.Looking forward to this year.

I enquired about boxing with a personal trainer & told them I'd boxed before & that my Brother was a Golden Gloves champion. I also told them I was turning 60 this year & he said, it would be too much for me. Talk about age discrimination. If I'm willing to pay for a personal, one on one trainer, how is my money different to someone younger. An update. Peter contacted me & lied about the messages between his trainer & myself & said he'd be asking Google to take the review down. When I screen shot & sent the messages to him, he'd blocked me. Wow.

I've been training BJJ at matrix for over a year and everything is great about this place. Instructors are always helping you to improve, clean mats, friendly people.. great atmosphere!

This place is fantastic guys. The BJJ trainers Dan and Jasonare top notch. Everyone is super supportive and friendly. I've learnt so much the last few months here. If you're thinking about trying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu just do it now.

Friendly people, great trainers who know what they are talking about and just a good community in general, Matrix gym is somewhere that you can feel comfortable as a beginner and if you are motivated enough you can work your way up to more advanced classes, truly a great place to train.

After 18 month of my 2 boys doing kids Muay Thai Kickboxing classes with Luke and Mark who are brilliant trainers, they moved on to personal training and I've watched them mature and grow and develop a real love and respect of the sport. A very supportive and encouraging gym to help young kids gain physical confidence and self defence skills. I cant recommend the trainers highly enough! Thanks Pete.... I know they have given you a few more grey hairs but the work you have put into them is showing!

Since being at Matrix I have felt my fitness has improved, the training is amazing, and always a challenge, where it feels like I have to push myself more then the last session. All the staff are amazing and the facilities are constantly improving. Matrix is one of the most enjoyable activities in my week.

Had such a good experience at Matrix Gym. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, great team work. Sad to have to leave, if I'm ever back on the coast I will be sure to return. Highly recommend the matrix team.

The people in the gym are easy going and welcome everyone and help you achieve your best. Matrix Gym is excellent for fitness and learning Muay Thai.
