Adairs Robina

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, able to find what we needed and on sale was a bonus too.

The ladies here are wonderful, called in the other day...luckily they were having a 40% off sale. Was time to replace our towels and sheets and a couple of other items, this is the only shop I buy my linen from. Nothing is too much trouble even on a day when people were lining up at counter with armfuls. I needed something from a high shelf a lady came and got the high step ladder they use and got me everything I wanted...thanks again!

Absolutely lousey service by this Adairs storeI bought a double quilt, a throw and a few cushion covers for my daughter for christmasWhen she opened the packaging on christmas day she found a single bed cover inside a d/bed package so she took it back to pacific fair where i bought it from ( they were run off their feet busy but very polite out of stock but very helpful to transfer it from a nearby Robina store) but my quiet, shy daughter who didnt want to create any hassel for anyone said she would go to Robina and get it herself. But when she went to Robina, it was empty, no other customers in the store and she was served by a middle aged lady who just huffed and puffed about the fact the Pacific Fair store did not phone ahead to alert them she was coming with her return which made my daughter feel uncomfortable and a nuisance to this womanMy issue is that i am so pissed" that i spent a few hundred dollars to letMy sweet natured

Someone give Robin a pay rise!Very attentive and helpful, went out of her way to assist!Highly recommend chatting with her in store.Great work Robin

My mother did a online order and had to pick it up from the store, when we arrived the only staff that was on was dealing with a customer in front and was kinda getting snappy at them (I don’t know the details). When it came to us being served, I were explaining that it was an online order pick up and showed the online receipt , before I could even finish explaining the staff spoke over me and almost demanded I show ID and that I give her the name of the order (even when the receipt number and name was right in front of her) my mother and I left the the store feeling uncomfortable with the interaction. The only saving grace for the store is the cute bedding

Very pleasant 1 assistant not sure of the product ie gift cards ,but manager came to the rescue and all sorted . Over all would go back I was greeted as I entered the shop would recommend Adair robina

I was not impressed the way the shop staff treated me. The sale sign was deceiving. I was about to buy a bed cover from a shelf with sign 30% off on it. There were two staff chatting in a counter. When I brought the item to one of a staff, she glanced at me, no greeting, then said to the other staff “you do it”.The other staff checked the item, asked me if I was a member, which I am not. Apparently the discount was only for members and you have to pay $20 to become a member.If that is the shop policy, I don’t argue with it. But I didn’t see the sign that discount was members only when I entered the shop. (Maybe somewhere in a small writing?)The way she explained was very condescending with one hand on her hip. I felt that I was not welcomed in that shop at all.I love the products, but not their service. I may purchase that in different shopping centre next time.Please excuse my English as I am Asian.

I don’t really know what it is but I never really have a good experience when I go into Adair’s Robina. I only live around the corner and yet I still prefer to shop online even though the delivery takes at least 2 1/2 weeks longer than just walking into the shop.Maybe it’s because it surrounded by a lot of other bedding and linen stores they feel they don’t have to compete or try as hard. I’m not sure.My business is predominantly in pillow talk who have show the highest standard of customer service whenever I’m in there so I just compare everyone to that.The staff over the phone are always very helpful and have great phone manner and yet when you walk into the shop it’s like they aren’t really interested in serving you to your needs.Adair’s customer service online Centre are the best. Cant speak more highly of them.Prices: $-$$ But great value in bedding especially their bed spreads and throws.I’d recommend Searching for what you want online and then calling the store to see if they have it in store and then going straight in to pick it up for minimal interactions.
