At very short notice, and on a busy Saturday, my fridge was dismantled, confirmed ok, tweaked a little to quieten the noise and reassembled. It was obvious a lot of experience was there and I was confident that the problem was fixed. I highly recommend Fridge Experts!! Service a smile, clean and efficent. I will spread the word.

Shawal was honestly one of the best tradies I've dealt with. He explained exactly how the fridge worked and what was wrong. To save me money he told me what part to buy and showed me how to easily fix it myself. I'm sure he would have ordered the part and fixed it himself but he was honest about it being an easy fix to do myself and save money.Will definitely use him again if I ever need.

John was very professional and knowledgeable and was quick to fix our fridge. It was very expensive as there is an $80 call out fee and $160 flat fee for any labour but they got the job done.

I'd not recommend this service to anyone. Rude & misled me on a phone request & messages. Very frastatrating to communicate with him.

Sheavy was quick in get organised to inspect the fridge, very punctual and professional. He explained very well why it was not worth the repair and advised to make a claim to my content insurance.

I had a Bromic commercial fridge with very high temperature, around 10 degree Celsius. Called Fridge Expert with a hope they can help me to fix the problem.One man came, had a look, checked with his meter and said the compressor had problem, I would need to change a new one with the cost of around $1200 or buy a new fridge.I was totally freaked out. I said thank to him and let him go with $75 walk in fee.I tried to contact another company but they said they would come on Monday as today is Friday.At last, I contacted my own fridge repair man, he told me if the compressor had problem, it could not reach 10 degrees, and guided me to open the fridge, vacuum and clean the Condensing Unit. It took me half an hour to do this. After that my fridge came back to work at 2.8 degree Celsius.The service from this company is very bad, and not reliable at all.Would not recommend.
