Really happy with the service here. Went in with a smashed screen, within half hour these guys had my screen changed, put a new glass protector on and cleaned my phone. Great service myfone.. welldone!

I had phone lcd screen replaced at the myfone repairs store twice with in this year ,each time I paid $175 both times ..Today , I went to your store for third time as screen had stopped responding and wondering why the screen kept on becoming in response with in few months on each occasion..To my shock ,I was confronted with a lady which was very abusive and not receptive and not keen on looking at the phone at all and instead she treated me like as if I am an idiot and it was extremely frustrating and I found her service very rude to deal with her and she asked me to leave your store which I didNext ,I went to the Telstra partner store on same shopping Center and to my surprise.They found the following :- loose screws moving around inside screen inside iPhone !!!- lcd was not placed properly due to loose screws ..- no issues with lcd whatsoever except the loose screws were causing the screen to go blank ..Attached is picture of your my fone repairs screen and the payment of service to the Telstra partner shop for my repairsAs outcome I ask apologies procure to me and refund on the lcd repairs at least for one of themThen I received a call some one claiming to be a manager and she was saying lcd has only three months warrantyThis explains why their screens are not properly fitted and left loose screws so they can keep making money off customersI found this is against the consumer laws and I should have been provided proper explaining as opposed to being ignored and instead made to feel an idiotI don’t recommend Myfone repairs for anyone

Dropped off my phone for repairs a few days ago, couldn't be happier with the service received. They were transparent with their service and cost .The phone has been working great! It's not easy to find a good repair shop but that one is a gem !! Highly recommend.
